At Brock Building Systems, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and exceptional service. Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while adhering to the relevant Australian Consumer Law.
Brock Building Systems accepts change of mind returns. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a saleable condition. An invoice is required for returns, but returns may still be accepted without an invoice at the staff's discretion.
Returns without a receipt may be accepted at the discretion of the salesperson. Proof of identification may be required. Refunds will be applied to a credit account where one has been used or processed back onto the same payment method for a cash sale.

Trade account customers are treated the same as retail customers. Returns and exchanges require a copy of the original invoice and the goods to be presented in-store.
Special order products are subject to specific terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of order. These items are only eligible for return if they are faulty or do not meet the description provided, as required by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). Custom-made products or items specifically altered at your request are not eligible for change of mind returns but can be returned if they are faulty or do not meet the description provided.
Expenses related to product returns are to be paid by the consumer unless the product is defective or not as described.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, but the failure does not amount to a major failure. In the event of a product recall, we will contact you using the details provided at the time of purchase. You will be instructed on how to return the product and any compensation or replacement that will be offered. For repairs, we may ask for your name, telephone number, address details, and signature in addition to your receipt. This helps us follow up with manufacturers on your behalf.
To reduce the risk of fraud, all purchases made on a debit/credit card will be credited back to the original card used. Please have your card with you when requesting a refund.
Certain products may need to be sent to the manufacturer/supplier or their repair agent for assessment. We will offer a refund or replacement if the product is assessed as having a major failure.
